Start to finish; a very, very, good experience. You found my car; a good price; and I went and picked it up. No haggling with sales people; no spending the entire day at the dealership working out details, it was all handled before I arrived. I test drove the car; decided I wanted it; filled out the paperwork; went over the car with the salesperson; and I was on my way home driving my new car. Thanks a million. Plus, as a woman, I feel better letting a man deal with the dealership...some dealerships just don't get it and talk down to women, I didn't feel that happened at all. I want to personally thank you for making my experience the most enjoyable one that I had when buying a car. The car I wanted was a limited edition Mustang with specific features. Bob Peralta was able to find it 24 hours and at a price I couldn't turn down. Bob went over and beyond what "customer service" used to mean. The service was polite, extremely responsive and I felt totally at ease without the normal stress of buying a car. I loved the "final" price quote where I knew exactly what the price was when going to get car, no haggling, no negotiation etc. and I was in and out of the new car dealership in 25 minutes! I would definitely recommend the service to anyone. Keep it up as I will never buy another car from anyone else. Purchased a new Ford Mustang GT.

I leased a new VW Touareg before receiving your researched information that I had just hired you to perform. You beat my lease payment by $40 per month. You had a better money factor; slightly better capitalized cost; and no fluff fees. I purchase and/or lease very often. Next time, I will be handing everything over to you. I went ahead with my lease after getting my capitalized cost $500 under invoice; and a trailer hitch. At the time, I did not think you could do much better. I was wrong! Leasing research for a new Volkswagen Touareg.
