I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle. When I decided to purchase a new vehicle, it was important to me that the vehicle be exactly what I wanted, right down to the color and options. I contacted a few dealers and described my situation. The dealers were very eager to assist me. The dealer that I began to work with said that he did not have the color of car that I wanted, but that he would locate the car and do a dealer trade for me. Everything seemed to be going well, so we began to work out a price. We came to an agreement that if he could get the car I wanted, I would pay 500.00 over invoice. He called me the next day to say that he had it. When I got to the dealership, they wheeled a car out to me that was not the color I wanted and the salesman told me that this was a "better color" for me. When I explained that I was not willing to compromise what I wanted, he then told me that I would have to be willing to "pay" for getting that car. I was so frustrated that I left the dealership. While explaining my frustration to a good friend, he advised me to use a broker and found Bob Peralta's service. It was the best decision I made. Instantly the pressure of buying my car was off. The service was so professional, explaining each step of the process. Bob was able to find my car, exactly as I wanted and even negotiated a better price than I did. I would have assumed that only the rich and fabulous could afford this type of service. Bob made me feel rich and fabulous. If you are thinking about calling, don't think.. do it! I think that the hassle free experience was so much more enjoyable than the normal method of purchasing an auto. Bob Peralta Auto Brokers was very thorough and prompt in getting the necessary information needed to make a decision to proceed forward. I don't think I would ever go back to buying a car via a dealer again.

I am feeling guilty now for what Bob Peralta Auto Brokers did for me in finding the exact car that I am now very happily leasing. I personally think he went beyond and above his duties. I have never experience so much professionalism and understanding in my life. Even the people he sent me to was incredibly nice and the processing took so much faster than I could have ever imagine. Just imagine, first week of September, 2003 models are barely out, but that is what I got and to the specification that I want and cheaper than 2002 model when I tried to make a deal with 2 different local dealerships.
