Step 2 - Pre-arranging the sale or lease with a participating new car dealership at the pricing we quoted in step 1. Includes our professional/confidential assistance in shopping to find you the best rates and terms for which you qualify in order to obtain an advance, pre-approved purchase or lease loan. Note, we may charge an additional pre-disclosed variable rate broker fee for our step 2 process.

Despite my own fears of doing business completely via email, Bob did everything he told me he would do, provided me the EXACT car I wanted within a week (vs. new car dealers telling me I had to take what I could get) and was immediately responsive to my emails and phone calls, even to the point of connecting me directly to the new car dealer via conf. call at a moment's notice. This was a fantastic buying experience I would repeat!
