Step 2 - Pre-arranging the sale or lease with a participating new car dealership at the pricing we quoted in step 1. Includes our professional/confidential assistance in shopping to find you the best rates and terms for which you qualify in order to obtain an advance, pre-approved purchase or lease loan. Note, we may charge an additional pre-disclosed variable rate broker fee for our step 2 process.

I have to tell you, this is one survey I'll be delighted to complete. I found out about your service when I was cruising the Internet. I don't remember exactly how I stumbled upon your company but it was probably through a search engine. Everything went extremely smoothly from beginning to end. The car was ready for me when I arrived to pick it at the dealership via a conference call you had previously set up between you, the new car dealer and myself. It was VERY clean, and ready-to-go. The people were an absolute delight to deal with. (Believe me...after some of the experiences at other dealerships, I thought I'd be using "deleted expletives" instead of "accolades" to describe my car-buying experiences.) As for the treatment I received from you, it was absolutely first-rate!
