I preferred paying a service fee to have a professional buying service such as Bob Peralta Auto Brokers work for me versus using Car Smart, Autobytel, and Car Point. Plus, your service fee is more than reasonable. You did a superlative job of being customer friendly and very responsive to emails and questions. While everything could conceivably be handled strictly by the internet, I felt your requirement that we talk on occasion was excellent and put some semblance of personal touch into the transaction. I would certainly recommend your service to others looking for a new vehicle as an extremely pleasant alternative to "duking it out" on the car lot.
