Also with your service the buyer can get the vehicle with the exact color, equipment, etc. that he/she wants vs. having to compromise based on what the dealer happens to have on the lot. To me this is worth the service fee and the potential savings I might be able to get by negotiating directly with the dealer. Having purchased vehicles the normal way, I find this route much more civilized and hassle-free.

The last time I bought a car was 11 years ago. I wrote to all the dealers in the bay area and asked for a written response with a quote. I got about five back much to my wife's surprise. In other words I acted as my own broker. It is a lot easier having Bob Peralta Auto Brokers do it. I hope you are around ten years from now when I need a new car again.

The car was in perfect condition. This process was extremely easy and effortless. Especially since this BMW had to be factory ordered, you were very attentive, answered all my questions and guided me through the whole order and purchase process with ease. I really appreciated the connection with the dealer yet not having to hassle with salespeople and the details of closing the deal. Everything went so smoothly with the minimum of effort on my part! Prior to using Bob Peralta Auto Brokers, I went to various dealers to test drive different cars and at some of the dealers I got the hard sell which I personally find very uncomfortable and offensive. What I liked was not having to deal with car salesmen trying to make a deal before I left the showroom. Working through you eliminated the hard sell tactics. Pricing and availability of the car was plainly stated and I had the option to explore it further with no pressure, little effort and time.
