Response to a follow up survey received by one of our clients on February 1, 2005:
1 -> Was the car clean and ready to go? Yes, in great shape.

2 -> Were you treated courteously and respectfully? Absolutely.

3 -> Is there anything else we could have done for you? No, I found this to be one of the smoothest auto transactions I've ever had.

4 -> Suggestions you may have to improve our service? Not a one.

5 -> Would you use or recommend our service to others in the future? Absolutely. I already have started to sing your praises and I can't imagine ever going back to dealing with the dealer directly. Previously, like most folks, I went to the dealer and then started the "song and dance" that seems so out-of-date today. No one really enjoys the car buying experience when it comes to having to deal with the salesmen, then the finance people, etc., etc. So going through a broker, which was a first for me, was really a change of pace. Of course we're talking about a big financial investment for most people today when buying a car so its something we all take seriously. It was nice to have any and all concerns addressed honestly and thoroughly. I can't believe I now have the car I wanted with such minimum muss and fuss. Thank you!
