This is the 2nd time I have utilized your services in the last six years. Both times, I have been very pleased. My experience with car sales people have been mixed at best. Your service simply takes all the negatives and sets them aside. Your service is straightforward, you give a straight answer, and you do what you say exactly when and how you say you can do it. I have only ever bought straight through the dealer. This is my first time using an auto broker. I chose to do it this way because I find that shopping and negotiating for a new car through the dealers causes brain damage. There is nothing that I enjoy about the experience. Going straight to the dealers is time-consuming, exhausting and frustrating and I never feel like I got a very good deal when I am done. So I chose to go to a broker to save time, money and brain cells. My sister had used Bob several times before and recommended him to me. Bob was courteous, informed, experienced and always available to talk to me. He spent way more time with me than I expected and even helped me with some thoughts about how to handle my current car. He was always available by phone. He explained how things would work and everything went exactly as he said. I loved that there were no surprises. I know that I got a much better deal through Bob than if I had negotiated things through the dealer. Finding the car I wanted was difficult and he made that happen, which is another thing that I don't think would've happened through the dealer. He searched the whole state for what I wanted. I was thrilled with the amount I paid, the car I got, the time and effort that I saved shopping for a car, and the time frame that it happened in. I never had to step into a showroom with a salesperson and endure the back-and-forth of the purchasing process. I loved that the vehicle was delivered directly to me at my house and it was just as I wanted. The paperwork was ready and I signed everything and had the car in about 15 minutes. It was all a wonderful experience and I recommend him highly.
