2004 Toyota Sienna XLE AWD

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever enjoyed and I mean enjoyed. Bob Peralta’s way of doing business, those comments on his website, by phone, and those of prior customer testimonials are all true. Bob helped acquire a car in less than two weeks at a price that was quite a bit below the sticker price. All the other Toyota dealers we spoke with were quoting delivery dates of 3 months or more away and at premium prices. Bob Peralta also happily helped me negotiate extras such as warranties that I believe goes beyond his normal service levels. He helped me understand how to get the best price for my trade in and exceeded my expectations on the final trade in price. Bob Peralta was patient and informative. He always responded to telephone calls and emails no matter what time of day. In fact I have a theory that he gets paged whenever a customer reaches out to him, or perhaps he’s just a passionate workaholic?!? I have referred others on to him already and would have no hesitation in using this service again and again. Thank you Bob.
