I have to tell you, this is one survey I'll be delighted to complete. I found out about Auto-Brokers when I was cruising the Internet. I don't remember exactly how I stumbled upon your company but it was probably through a search engine. Everything went extremely smoothly from beginning to end. The car was ready for me when I arrived to pick it at the dealership via a conference call you had previously set up between you, the new car dealer and myself. It was VERY clean, and ready-to-go. The people were an absolute delight to deal with. (Believe me...after some of the experiences at other dealerships, I thought I'd be using "deleted expletives" instead of "accolades" to describe my car-buying experiences.) As for the treatment I received from Auto-Brokers, it was absolutely first-rate! I'm still very impressed with the fact that you contacted me personally by phone and e-mail during every facet of the buying process. Like most people, I'm a fastidious person and very big on customer service especially when I'm the customer. However, in all honesty, I cannot think of anything else you could have done to improve upon this car-buying experience. The only thing I can think of that you might do to improve is to find a way to make your web-site easier to locate (I haven't yet been able to discover how I found it in the first place). Finally, would I use or recommend your service to others in the future? Bob, here I must quote many of the testimonials read on your web-site that say this is the only way I'll ever by another car. As a matter of fact, I've already referred a few people who dread the thought of buying a car to Auto-Brokers. It took me six months of diligence (and misery) to arrive at a price that was several hundred dollars over the one you quoted me. The $50 fee was an extremely small price to pay (I only wish I'd known about it sooner!).

The last time I bought a car was 11 years ago. I wrote to all the Acura dealers in the bay area and asked for a written response with a quote. I got about five back much to my wife's surprise. In other words I acted as my own broker. It is a lot easier having you do it. I hope you are around ten years from now when I need a new car again.

After receiving your quote, I went to three new car dealerships to see if anyone could beat your price. When I told the salespeople the price they had to beat to sell me a car, they were almost offended. They promised me that your company would never be able to get me the car I wanted at the price I was quoted. Now that I have my new car at the price you quoted, I'm confident I saved anywhere from $2000 to $4000! Naturally, I highly recommend your service. Thanks again for all your assistance.
