I will never buy another car the traditional way. Bob Peralta was great to work with, and answered all my questions, sometimes twice. The car I wanted was not available in Northern California, but that did not stop Bob Peralta Auto Brokers from finding the exact car I wanted, and getting it to me at a price no one could have matched at a Infiniti dealer if I was doing the shopping. I have a friend who works for Nissan, and when I told him the price I paid, he said I got a "great" deal. Bob provides a great service, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new car. Don't waste your time going to dealers to hassle a price. Go to the dealership to look at the car you want, test drive it, then leave and let Bob do the rest.

Prior to using Bob Peralta Auto Brokers, I completely researched the vehicle I wanted with all the invoice prices and set to work contacting dealers using the internet quote system (autobytel, invoice dealers, etc). I was not happy with the price quotes I received. I tried "Fighting Chance" and sent faxes to nine dealers. I received only two responses and I believed I could get a better price. I felt I was wasting my time and my energy was zapped. Once I made the decision to go with Bob Peralta Auto Brokers, the process was professional, courteous and very quick. Make sure you're ready to buy because once the process begins, you will take delivery very quickly. Bob sent me a quote I was happy with and set me up with the dealer. I walked in, looked over and drove my car and all the papers were ready for my signature. I will never buy a car any other way. I made my decision to use Bob's service after reading the testimonials on his web site, and here I am writing my own. I can't thank Bob enough. My one regret was wasting all that time prior to this service.

My nephew had used you last year and was very satisfied. After beginning to deal with the dealership people I was more than willing to give you a try. From my work I have learned to be cautious of people, in particular men. But, I felt safe in all my interactions on top of being treated courteously and respectfully. Other than writing the check, this was such a simple, easy and painless process. I would certainly, and have already, recommended your services to others. I am old enough to remember things like "the customer is always right" and that sales people make their living by being courteous and attentive to customers. I have come to expect, but not like, sales people who are so busy talking to their co-workers or their friends and family on the phone that they view the customer as an irritation to their life. From the first call my sense was that my business was wanted, appreciated and that you were working for me. I had done my homework and knew what I thought the numbers should be for this car and the price you brought to me was certainly what I had wanted. I had read what commission I could expect to pay through another Fleet group and your price was better than I could have gotten from them. I knew I had done well when my brother-in-law couldn't believe I had gotten such a good price for the car. (His gasp of disbelief was worth more than you can know). I can't begin to say how much that is worth in my life. Working with your company felt fair, respectful, and safe. I am a believer. Especially after my experience in going to the dealer and spending thirty minutes in the show room, in and out of cars, looking at catalogues and not a single salesperson could be bothered to ask if I wanted help. They lost the sale and I got a much better deal in the end. Bob, I am really happy with my experience and my new car. And I am the kind of person you like to have happy with your business because I tell everyone if I am happy with a service or doctor or business. I hope I can bring Bob Peralta Auto Brokers several more satisfied customers.
