Step 2 - Pre-arranging the sale or lease with a participating new car dealership at the pricing we quoted in step 1.   Includes our professional/confidential assistance in shopping to find you the best rates and terms for which you qualify in order to obtain an advance,  pre-approved purchase or lease loan.  Note, we may charge an additional pre-disclosed variable rate broker fee for our step 2 process.

Was the delivery prompt and courteous? What I felt best about was that since the deal was done and we all knew all the information beforehand, it was a meeting of adults. No one asked how my day was or how I was doing. No one expressed a strange interest in my family or anything else. We did business and we left. It was much more like shopping than car shopping. Anything else we could have done for you? Nah, your auto brokers service was great and seriously your service is worth more than $50. Other Comments? Being a "modern" guy when it came time to buy our car I went right to the Internet. I went to two sites and asked for a quote. I waited for quotes from four Honda dealers. One never responded. One gave me a phone number and said he was very interested in us and our specific auto. I called and he said he did not have any. The MSRP on the 2005 Honda is 14075. The third guy gave me a 2004 MSRP of 14670. It made his "discounted" price look better. I went to the fourth dealer. He had nothing in stock and tried to sell me more car than I wanted. He told me he would look in his inventory, while I waited with his manager and talked price. We left. I must admit the one Toyota dealer who responded was much better. He quoted me the real MSRP and gave us a price $300 over dealer cost with a choice of two colors and he responded quickly and politely. If I had wanted the Toyota more than the Honda I might not have used your service. The question is how do you know if the agency will provide type 1 or type 2 service. The answer is, you don't. So rather than gambling that the local dealer has your car, has the right price and has ethical sales people your service allowed me to skip to the bottom line. We signed our names a few times and drove off. Good job.
