Especially since this BMW had to be factory ordered, you were very attentive, answered all my questions and guided me through the whole order and purchase process with ease. I really appreciated the connection with the dealer yet not having to hassle with salespeople and the details of closing the deal. Everything went so smoothly with the minimum of effort on my part! Prior to using your service, I went to various dealers to test drive different cars and at some of the dealers I got the hard sell which I personally find very uncomfortable and offensive. What I liked was not having to deal with car salesmen trying to make a deal before I left the showroom. Working through you eliminated the hard sell tactics. Pricing and availability of the car was plainly stated and I had the option to explore it further with no pressure, little effort and time.

Your company was very professional and just stuck to finding us the car we wanted at a fair and competitive price. Thanks for making this an easy process.

In spite of the fact that I was looking for a car that was extremely difficult to find, Bob never once asked me to compromise. My experience prior to using Bob's service was that the dealers kept trying to sell me cars I didn't want because they didn't have the exact car I was looking for. The dealer was in it for the deal. I felt that Bob acted with my interests as his priority rather than just trying to sell a car. I can honestly say that you exceeded my expectations and you took the wasted time and frustration out of purchasing the car. You also saved me alot of time (as a small business owner, time often equates to money). Prior to contacting Bob I was spending a great deal of time researching and speaking to dealers trying to find what I wanted and being really frustrated. After I contacted Bob, I only spent a few minutes on the phone with updates until he located a car for me. Thank you again. Last night Kel and I took the Sienna for a drive. It sure is nice. (the dogs like it too!)

No matter where I've purchased a new vehicle in the past, I've always walked away feeling that I'd been "taken" on the price. That negative feeling nearly ruins what should be a great experience. For Christmas this year I wanted to buy not one, but two, new trucks( Toyota and Chevrolet) for my sons. I could not have accomplished this without Bob's service.
