I will never buy another car the traditional way. Bob was great to work with, and answered all my questions, sometimes twice. The car I wanted was not available in Northern California , but that did not stop him from finding the exact car I wanted, and getting it to me at a price no one could have matched at a dealer if I was doing the shopping. I have a friend who works for Nissan, and when I told him the price I paid, he said I got a "great" deal. Bob provides a great service, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new car. Don't waste your time going to dealers to hassle a price. Go to the dealership to look at the car you want, test drive it, then leave and let Bob do the rest.

Also, there was backup via the telephone if the email wasn't answered in a relatively short period of time. I cannot think of any reason a person would not scramble to use Auto Brokers. It is a totally insane venture to subject yourself to a salesman at a dealership, never knowing if you are being told the truth and if you are truly getting a "deal".
